We have a Defy Kombomaid 800 that needs a few new parts and after an online search we found the MacSpares website. I submitted an online query and a few days later got a call from Pieter at MacSpares.

He informed me that their online submission was giving problems, asking me to submit a new query by email and that they'd get back to me very soon. He sent me a quote the next day with all the information I required and also called to check that I received the email. Throughout all our conversations he was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. I was especially impressed that MacSpares followed up on their customers so dilligently.

Their prices and service are very competitive (close to Defy's own parts prices but they go through the hassle of getting the parts for you) and we were especially pleased that they would be able to post us the parts. Unfortunately we didn't accept the quote as we decided we won't be able to repair the appliance ourselves.

I'd gladly recommend MacSpares to anyone looking for parts and am sure they'll even be able to get hard-to-find parts!
